Preliminary Top Gun test which is compulsory for the entire Comnet sales force.

Sales professionals with the top scores are invited to Top Gun Technology School.

A rigorous seven day-n-night program where participants eat, drink and sleep technology, learn about global trends, build strong sales propositions and strategy.

The concept is based on filtering the ‘weakest link’ amongst the participants. The weakest link is identified over the course of entire program at the end of which the person has to exit from the system.

Total of 75 sales professionals appeared in the qualification test - Top 30 were trained at the Top Gun Technology School. 10 of these got Top Gun certified.

A rigorous seven day-n-night program where participants upgrade themselves on end to end networking solutions - Only the top four out of a total of 80 participants get the Startech certificate and the next 11 who qualify are awarded the Startech trained professionals certificate.

A fresh MBA, I was thrown open the challenge of targeting the entire private insurance sector (which had just opened up in India).
